Welcome Empower CDC at The Heritage!

  • Arts & Crafts

Arts and Crafts Classes are a fun way to promote creativity with our residents. Through using their hands to form objects, this type of instruction allows children to bring their thoughts and ideas into reality. (Provided Bi-Monthly)

  • Financial Planning Courses

Creating a financial plan helps you see the big picture and set long and short-term life goals, a crucial step in mapping out your financial future. (Provided Quarterly)

  • Health & Nutritional Courses

Most people know good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight. But the benefits of proper nutrition go beyond weight. Good nutrition can help improve your well-being. (Provided Quarterly)

  • On-Site Social Events

Many people enjoy a life of concerts and bar-hopping, but some of us prefer to stay indoors. Our tasks and plans are all we need, but getting out and seeing new people, places, and things can make us healthier. (Provided Bi-Monthly)

  • Annual Health Fair

The goal is to help residents be healthier by seeking to engage them in conversation about common health issues and concerns.
