J.O.Y. Fully Healthy
The broad focus for this class
is personal wellness with the goal of sustained independence
through healthy meal patterns, resource management, and physical
activity. Participants will receive hand-outs, educational reinforce-
ments (a welcome gift, such as a small cookbook, or resistance
bands), and possibly sample a healthy recipe that was demonstrat-
ed during the session. If interested, please register. Signup Sheets
