2026 Empower(ed) to Power Up: Generator Giveaway

Empower CDC and Whitestone Developments, in partnership with TRT, are providing Whole Home Battery Systems to Houston residents at no cost. This initiative is designed to help families become more resilient in the face of power outages, natural disasters, and rising energy costs.

Beyond installation, this effort is rooted in storytelling. We believe your experiences, whether navigating storms, recovering from hardship, or managing everyday energy challenges, help build a stronger, more connected community.

Applications close April 20th at 5:00 PM.
