Welcome to Empower CDC at Hartwood at Canal! Our goal is to work with residents to provide services tailored to the Windsor Gardens community.
Services We Provide
- Arts & Crafts
Arts and Crafts Classes are a fun way to promote creativity with our residents. Through using their hands to form objects, this type of instruction allows children to bring their thoughts and ideas into reality. (Provided Bi-Monthly)
- Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are a great way to offer social inclusion opportunities, health benefits, and physiological support. (Provided Weekly)
- Annual Health Fair
The goal is to help residents be healthier by seeking to engage them in conversation about common health issues and concerns.
