Richmond-Rosenberg Helping Hands, Inc. Food Pantry Trip
Please complete the steps listed below:
You must fill out the survey provided from the Houston Food Bank on the day of
service and show proof of completion to staff to receive food. To
receive the survey, Text HFBPS to the number 94502. You will receive a link to the
online survey. Once the form is submitted, you will be given a timestamp with
the date and time of completion. This is the screen that must be shown to staff.
If for some reason, you are not able to complete this survey, our staff will be
able to do it for you once you provide a document with your name and address.
